Shipments and Returns
If for some reason you are not satisfied with your order please contact us via email at orders@noelmignon.com
within ten days of receiving your order.
If for some reason, an item is defective, we would be more than happy to refund your money or to replace the item.
We will also refund the original shipping cost if the return is a result of product defect or our error. If the item
is part of a custom order, it cannot be returned or refunded unless there was an error on the part of NoelMignon.com.
Please also note that NoelMignon.com is not responsible or liable for any damaged incurred during shipment as a result of the carrier. If you wish to
be charged for insurance at your expense please indicate such at the time your place your order in the comments field through PayPal.
